Opening of the 2 new boy’s houses at the Child Protection & Development Centre

On the 28th of January a very special event took place at the CPDC. Two new houses have been built and can now be occupied by around 15 to 20 boys of the CPDC. With 3 houses for the girls and from now on 5 houses for the boys we will be able to provide a safe shelter, education and healthcare for around 70 street children who are between 5 and 18 years old.
Chonburi officials visit CPDC
On Thursday the 26th of January, 2012, a group of 25 members of the “Moral Group” from the Office of Disease Prevent Control 3 Chonburi set forth to learn about the work of HHNFT. Therefore, they spent time at the CPDC but also at the Drop-In-Center.
US Navy helped cleaning CPDC-compound
On Sunday the 8th of January around 30 members of the US Navy came to the CPDC in order to help clean the compound, join the children for lunch and of course to play with them.
Great New Year party at CPDC

On January the 6th staff members and children welcomed the New Year with an entertaining celebration taking place at the compound of CPDC. For this reason a stage has been set up giving all the children the opportunity to present their talents.
Austrian Embassy sponsors Christmas presents
The 9th of December, 2011, was a very special day for all the 54 children of the CPDC. The Austrian Ambassador and Madame Ambassador proved once more their great generosity by enabling each of the children to select a toy as their own Christmas present. Furthermore, the Austrian Consul in Pattaya sponsored a meal at McDonalds for all of them.
Austrian Consulate supports CPDC

The Austrian Consul of Pattaya, Mr. Rudolf Hofer, and his assistant visited the CPDC on Saturday, the 19th of November. He was warmly welcomed by 50 residents and 30 children from the slums of Pattaya. A lovely little girl presented him with a beautiful garland while Khun Toy, Director of Human Help Network Foundation Thailand, gave him a short briefing about the work done to the benefit of the street children.
13 German children and their summer fairy tale 2011
Thirteen children from 3 different football clubs in Germany together with 6 tutors have spent more than one week in Thailand visiting all HHNFT-projects. Thus they had the opportunity to get in contact with Thai-children, this being the main focus of the journey. For all children, Thai and German, this has been a great and unique experience.
CPDC reinforces its sustainability strategy

The Child Protection and Development Center can proudly announce to have complemented its efforts to achieve self-supply with another element. Thanks to a generous donation it has been possible to install solar panels on the roof of the education center.
“Learn, Laugh, Love” at the CPDC – Update

The CPDC is once more happy to be visited by Ashley Syms and Pam Proto, two of the three founding members of the 3L Foundation. They spend three weeks together with the kids and accompany them through their daily life. And one thing is sure: The children enjoy a great time together with their two generous sponsors! Update: A farewell party took place.
Fun Day with Siam Synthetic

On Saturday, the 8th of October, the Young Professional Network (YPN), part of the Siam Synthetic Latex Co., arranged a charity project with 60 people at the CPDC. They made a day of great fun come true for the children.
