Renewal at the CPDC

We are glad to announce a renewal of our structures at the CPDC. As of November 15th, Mr. Parisorn Noja (Khun Ja) will be Director in charge of the Anti Trafficking Division of the CPDC.
13 German children and their summer fairy tale 2011
Thirteen children from 3 different football clubs in Germany together with 6 tutors have spent more than one week in Thailand visiting all HHNFT-projects. Thus they had the opportunity to get in contact with Thai-children, this being the main focus of the journey. For all children, Thai and German, this has been a great and unique experience.
CPDC reinforces its sustainability strategy

The Child Protection and Development Center can proudly announce to have complemented its efforts to achieve self-supply with another element. Thanks to a generous donation it has been possible to install solar panels on the roof of the education center.
Alangkarn Theater hosts charity show to the benefit of the Pattaya Orphanage
On Sunday, the 23rd of October, about 2000 guests had the opportunity to join the performance of the well known Thai music-comedian Khun Eid together with the duo Lulu and Lala as well as Gadä and Gadai. It was an excellent act making everybody laugh, mo matter what age.
US Navy visites the Pattaya Orphanage

On Tuesday, the 25th of October, the Pattaya Orphanage was visited by the crew of the USS Mustin DDG 89. They came to spend time with the children playing and making them laugh.
“Learn, Laugh, Love” at the CPDC – Update

The CPDC is once more happy to be visited by Ashley Syms and Pam Proto, two of the three founding members of the 3L Foundation. They spend three weeks together with the kids and accompany them through their daily life. And one thing is sure: The children enjoy a great time together with their two generous sponsors! Update: A farewell party took place.
Fun Day with Siam Synthetic

On Saturday, the 8th of October, the Young Professional Network (YPN), part of the Siam Synthetic Latex Co., arranged a charity project with 60 people at the CPDC. They made a day of great fun come true for the children.
Games Day with Credit Suisse

On Saturday, the 2nd of October, the CPDC was proud venue of a great event. A group of the Credit Suisse bank came to visit the center and organized a charity day of games and leisure for about 120 children. With playing hockey and basketball, painting, drawing and of course laughing, the day went by quickly.
Change in Personal of HHN Volunteers

As last year, this summer is marked by a renewal of the HHNFT personal. Tabea Bender and Ben Fischer left after having been volunteers for one year. In return, two new volunteers from Germany, Lena and Lukas (both 19), complement the team and take over the tasks of their precursors. What is more, Viola Gauss is doing an internship for three months.
Great news of the week

We are very glad we can announce wonderful news: The government finally succeeded in finding one of the children’s parents. Two years ago, the girl was given to the care of the CPDC and since then has been hoping to see her parents again someday.
