These practical guidelines provide information to our project policy:
HHN Foundation Thailand has no special application forms. Self-contained projects (buying support materials for a project, building projects or financing education projects and scholarships) can be supported. Ongoing upkeep expenses or operating expenses or labour costs can not be supported. Formless requests for project support are to be directed to:

Hereby is to be considered:
- For further handling of the request by HHN Foundation Thailand the documents should be sent in as a hardcopy as well as a softcopy (Microsoft Word).
- Requests to the HHN Foundation Thailand can only be accepted if the benefited project partner is a recognised non-government-organisation.
- The flavour of the request depends on its comprehensibility, not its length. In most cases the necessary, important facts can be clearly summarised on one or two pages.
The request for project support must include the following information:
- Name and address of the applicant (a natural person or an artificial person)
- Name and address of the non-government-organisation; How is the partner to be contacted if there are any issues which have to be resolved at a short notice.
- Description of the mission of the NGO (enclose mission statement, a copy of the registration, the foundation board and the charter)
- A short summary describing the aims of the project (max. 2 lines)
- A description of the project (for what is what kind of support requested, what is the aim of the project)
- A schedule of the project (how long will the supported project go on, calculated end of the project)
- precise data concerning the requested budget (for instance: we apply for an amount x.xxx,- for xy)
HHN Foundation Thailand will then decide if the requested support is authorised. The applicant will be informed about the result at once. If the request should be authorised, please keep in mind: A quick and precise settlement increases the joy at the allowance and saves the office from unnecessary work and enquiries.
