There is a lot of progress on the “Child protection and Development Center´s” (CPDC) compound. The ground which used to be very bumpy and muddy now was filled up so that it will even keep its form during rainy season. Hundreds of trees were planted on the sunny compound. Within the next months those trees will dispense shadow and make it less hot during the sunny days.

At the time there are two volunteers working for Human Help Network Foundation Thailand. We, Wiebke Dickfeld and Malte Wolf, are two students from Germany and spent -in cooperation with the German project “weltwaerts” and the German Red Cross (DRK)- one year with HHN FT in Pattaya.

Today Human Help Network Foundation Thailand as well as the children and staff members of the CPDC had the great honor to welcome his Excellency the German Ambassador Dr. Hanns Schumacher at the CPDCs compound.

From 15.2. to 19.2. 17 pupils from the Ruamrudee International School, Swiss Section from Bangkok (RIS School) had been in Pattaya. In this week they got the chance to work in the Pattaya Orphanage and in the CPDC (Child Protection and Development Center).
